How can we help?

FAQ

Ordering

How long will the order arrive?

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

●Processing time: 1-2 business days

●Shipping time: 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Can I cancel my order?

Because we want to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we are usually unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed. However, you can check the status of your order by sending an email to sales@mamomy.com

Where is my order?

After shipment, package tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order. If you do not receive a tracking number, or if the tracking does not appear to be accurate, please contact us at sales@mamomy.com.

My order never arrived. What should I do?

Please send an email with your order number to sales@mamomy.com.

My package was marked as delivered, why haven't I received anything?

Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered by the shipping company in advance. If you have received a delivery email but have not received your package, here is our advice.

UPS/Canada Post delivery vehicles use GPS and can automatically update packages as prematurely "delivered". Please wait 2-3 business days, as the package may be incorrectly marked as delivered and will be delivered the next day.

Where do you ship from and where do you ship to my country?

Shipped from Canada or USA warehouse.

The product I ordered doesn't fit. What can I do?

To initiate a return or exchange of an unworn, unwashed, undamaged item with tags attached, please email sales@mamomy.com for more specific assistance. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of undergarments; please email us for help with fit or quality issues.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not process exchanges; however, eligible items can be returned to us for a full refund and reordered. New orders can be placed directly on our website, by email, or in live chat. Our team will make sure it's the right fit for you!

Breast Size

How do I find the right flange size?

Determine the diameter of the nipple. The standard flange size is usually 24 mm, but you may need to choose a smaller or larger flange depending on your measurements.

Compare your nipple diameter to the available options.

How do I know what my bra size is?

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, your body shape and size can change rapidly. Each Mamomy product has a size chart to help you find the right fit, and our How to Size Guide page is also a great resource. For bras, we strongly recommend that you measure your bust and bust size before ordering. If you need additional help with fitting, please send a message to sales@mamomy.com.

How do I know if a bra will fit me?

There are several things to keep in mind when determining a good fit.

- The bottom band should run straight across the back. If the straps move up, check the length of the straps for proper fit. If the straps are fine, tighten the strap or try using a smaller strap size.

- The bottom band should fit snugly but comfortably. You should be able to run two fingers under the band. If you can fit more than two fingers, tighten the strap or try a smaller size.

- There should be no wrinkles in the cups. If there is excess fabric around the cups, try using a smaller size cup.

- Breasts should not spill over the cups or sides. If the cups cut into the breasts, bulge at the top of the cups, or spill out the sides, try using a larger size cup.

- The straps should fit comfortably over the shoulders. The straps should be able to slip off and not be embedded in the shoulders.

- Please visit our size guide.

Are all of your products the same?

Our bras are uniquely sized, so it is highly recommended that you check each size chart before purchasing. Because we use a variety of fabrics and fits, each style has a different level of stretch and fit. While you may be a medium in one style, you may be a small or large in another, so please choose your size accordingly.

How did my body shape change from pregnancy to breastfeeding?

After delivery, your band size may decrease to be closer to your pre-pregnancy size. At the same time, your cup size may increase by one or two cup sizes once your breast milk enters. Your breast sizes will continue to fluctuate as they alternate between milk-filled and breastfeeding. Our bra sizes (small, medium, large, etc.) are designed to stretch to accommodate these fluctuations in your breasts.

Should I adjust my size even if I'm pregnant?

Absolutely! You should adjust your size for a new bra when you are pregnant, especially if you are experiencing any discomfort. When you are pregnant, your body undergoes many changes and eventually you will not fit into a regular bra. Our bra sizes (small, medium, large, etc.) are designed to stretch to accommodate the growth of your breasts, rib cage and abdomen during pregnancy.
