Return and Rerund
We can only cancel an order before the product is shipped and once the order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. Please note that once the product has been shipped, then we cannot cancel the order for you, please understand.
- You can return the product unconditionally within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package only if the following conditions are met.
- the original packaging is unopened and intact, and the product has not been used.
- You need to return the entire package including the gift.
- You need to pay the shipping cost of returning the product.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase from our official website in order for us to complete your return.
- Products marked as clearance price cannot be returned for refund.
- You can only return the products within 7 days from the day you received the package, and overdue requests will not be processed.
- The returned product should be unused and in the unopened and intact original package. We do not accept returned products that are worn, damaged, cleaned, or altered in any way.
- Please return the gifts along with the package.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can’t be returned.
- Please make sure to double-check your returned products before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Mamomy products.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which means the cost of order shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests. Please contact our customer service at the email address of firstname.lastname@example.org to get the return address before you return the products, and then allow up to 48 hours for a response to your question.
Refunds Upon receipt of a return
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it and we will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Once your refund is approved, you will be refunded in your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
If you do not see the refund back to your original payment method after 2-3 days, please wait 1-2 days while checking your bank account as your bank or credit card company will also take some time to process and post the refund.
If you still can't get a refund after 4-5 days, contact us at email@example.com email address.
About the shipping fee and tax
